Bilanturile contabile la 31 dec 2006, 31 dec.2007,31 dec 2008,vizate si înregistrate de organele competente si/sau, dupa caz, rapoarte anuale, scrisori de bonitate din partea bancilor sau a unor societati recunoscute de audit financiar si contabil, precum si orice alte documente legale edificatoare prin care candidatul/ofertantul îsi poate dovedi capacitatea economico-financiara

Cifra medie anuala de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani: minim 10.000.000 lei, fara TVA, valoare rezultata exclusiv din executia lucrarilor de constructii.
III.2.3) Technical capacity
Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
1. Declaratie privind lista principalelor lucrari executate în ultimii 5 ani împliniti la data depunerii ofertei
2. Fisa/fise de informatii privind experienta similara
3. Informatii referitoare la personalul angajat in contract
3. Declaratie care contine informatii privind efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere in ultimii 3 ani, din care sa rezulte ca au angajata forta de munca necesara realizarii investitiei
4. Se vor prezenta si CV-urile personalului de conducere, precum si a personalului cheie responsabil pentru îndeplinirea contractului:
- responsabil tehnic cu executia ;
- responsabil cu sanatatea si securitatea in munca ;
- coordonatorul de management al calitatii ;
CV-urile vor di insotite de documente diveditoare ale atestarii, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor si copia contractului de colaborare in cazul in care nu este angajat permanent al ofertantului .
5. Declaratie privind utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele, tehnice de care poate dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea corespunzatoare a contractului de lucrari

Se vor prezenta: 1. Se vor prezenta cel putin 2 recomandari care vor fi prezentate la cerinta minima referitoare la experienta similara. Recomandarea din partea beneficiarului trebuie sa contina date despre:numele beneficiarului, numele lucrarii, modul de îndeplinire a obligatiilor contractuale pe parcursul derularii contractului respectiv, orice defecte ale lucrarilor sau alte probleme referitoare la calitatea lucrarilor, orice cazuri de accidente produse din vina contractului, orice amânari în receptia lucrarilor sau în emiterea certificatelor de buna executie, valoarea contractului de lucrari finalizat si procesul verbal de receptie a lucrarii, si va fi vizata de Inspectoratul de Constructii. Cerinta minima: - Ofertantul detine o minima experienta similara, concretizata prin executarea si finalizarea in ultimii 5 ani a cel putin 2 lucrari similare a caror valoare cumulata sa fie mai mare sau egala cu 5. 000. 000 lei, fara TVA. Aceste contracte vor fi insotite in mod obligatoriu de urmatoarele: Proces-Verbal de receptie finala si recomandare din partea beneficiarului.
