Solicitation FA8539-09-R-23306.  The anticipated issue date will be 6 October 2009 with an anticipated response date ­­­­­4 November 2009.  This will be a Firm Fixed Price acquisition for the repair of the Data Transfer Interface Unit (Input/ Output NSN:7025-01-514-2659AY, P/N:D1321000001 and/ or Input NSN: 7025-01-530-1898 P/N: 754-11300-2CP with output of NSN: 7025-01-514-2659AY, P/N: 754-11300-2 or D1321000001) and Advanced Data Transfer Cartridge (Input/output NSN: 7025-01-514-1653AY, P/N: D1322000000-11 and/or Input NSN: 7025-01-521-7793AY, P/N: 754-11300-4CP with output of NSN: 7025-01-514-1653AY, P/N: 754-11300-4CP or D1322000000-11). It will establish a five year requirements contract, a one basic year with four option years, for a Best Estimated Quantity of 12 ea. for both NSNs with one data line items for CAV AF Reporting for a quantity of one lot.   Unit of issue is 'Each' and 'Lot'.   Delivery schedule is as specified in the solicitation.  This acquisition is considered other than full and open competition, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to the OEM.
