Qualification requirements include: (a) Experience andTechnical Capacity: The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experiencerequirement(s): - Manufacturers of the offered goods must have at least 3 (three) years of experience inmanufacturing goods of similar nature. - Bidders must have at least 3 (three) years ofexperience in the supply and after sales serviceof similar goods. - The bidder shall havesatisfactorily completed at least 02 contracts of similar nature and value in the last 3years. (b) The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence todemonstrate that the Goods it offers meet the following usage requirement: - Bidders must furnish the technical specifications of each item. - Bidders must furnish Letters of Manufacturer's Authorizationfor major items as specified in the Bidding Documents. - Bidders must furnish documents on commitments to warranty - Bidders must furnish the catalogue for each item - Cost of major replacementcomponents, mandatory spare parts, and service.
