demolition of hard to let flats and replace with family homes, while also
looking at the other provision within the estate area: Demolish hard to
let units Building new family homes Improving the quality environment of
the existing homes Continuing the mixed tenure nature of the estate
Maximising the numbers of social rented family housing Exploring options
for inclusion of other facilities, including shops and links with the
existing school and Sure Start centre. Kirklees Community Association is a
