This is Sole Source Requirement to extend the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Electrical Utility Privatization Contract. There will be no Solicitation and Requests for a Solicitation will not receive a response. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii) (B), the Government intends to extend contract DACA63-99-C-0006 with Flint EMC. The Utility Privatization contract will be extended for twelve (12) months (1 December 2009 30 November 2010). Point of Contact for this action is Cheryl L.
