The Refugee Affected and Hosting Areas Programme (RAHA) has been designed to promote regional stability and compensate for the social, economic and environmental consequences wrought on Pakistani communities by the presence of more than 3 million Afghans over the past 30 years. Under this project sealed proposals are being solicited from the reputable firms/organizations/NGOs having previous experience in similar initiatives. Your offer, comprising of a technical and a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than 30th October 2009.
