U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA on behalf of the DoD Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) would like to announce they will be hosting an Industry Day concerning the solicitation Contract Research Organization (CRO) Services in support of Hyperbaric Oxygenation Therapy Trials for TBI Soldiers.

The Industry Day will serve to (1) present expectations of the study, (2) conduct conversations with potential offerors concerning questions that they might have, and (3) finalize the RFP. The Clinical & Regulatory Affairs Manager and the Contracting Officer will be available. The Principal Investigator may be available.

The Industry Day will be held on Tuesday, 6 October 2009 at San Diego, CA. Specific meeting location and time can be obtained by written (e-mail) request from the Industry Day Point of Contact: phillip.borja@med.navy.mil. In same e-mail, provide the following: Company Name, CAGE Code, and Point of Contact Information (person(s) name, phone, e-mail). The expectation is that it will be held during the afternoon (e.g., 2:00 to 4:00) in a hotel on Harbor Island in the proximity of the San Diego International Airport.

The anticipated schedule post-Industry Day is: 11 Oct post RFP; 18 Oct proposals due; 25 Oct complete proposal evaluations; 30 Oct issue award.

The Government anticipates release of the new RFP on FRIDAY, 20 NOVEMBER 2009.
