The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for maintenance and repair of Medical and Dental Air Systems; Nitrogen systems, Manifold Operation & Supply Cylinder Management; Bulk Oxygen supply-liquid reservoirs; Dental and Surgical Vacuum Systems; and Zone Valve and Area Alarm Systems for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. The contractor is required to provide repair and maintenance services on a scheduled basis. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one (1) year option periods. This procurement is set aside for small business. The solicitation will be available for issue on or about September 28, 2009 with offers due on or about October 14, 2009. The NAICS code is 811219, Size Standard is $7.0 Million.
