Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country,
Belgrade, SERBIA.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: To institutionalise a modern, functional, adult
education system which will help to increase employment opportunities and
contribute more efficiently to poverty reduction, social cohesion and
national economic recovery, by establishing a system of functional
elementary adult education in Serbia which is accessible and adaptable to
the needs of adult learners, focused on life skills and competencies and
based upon lifelong learning.
8. Indicative budget: 4 200 000 EUR.
