To Activate Roads as ‘Service’ to People and to Open up the Province by Maximum Access.
Sealed Tenders B-I/ B-II are invited as per PPRA Rules 2004 from the Interested persons/ suppliers/ company's/ firms, meeting the eligibility criteria for procurement of the following works.
(1) The contract document/ blank tenders can be obtained from office of the District Officer Roads (Works & Services) Dadu on payment of tender fee (Non-refundable) on any working day up to 03-10-2009 on production of deposit at call in the name of District Officer Roads Dadu.
(2) The tenders dully filled in properly and sealed in an envelop will be received back up to office hours on same day in presence of the interested persons/ suppliers/ companies/ firms are their authorized representative who may desire to be present.
(3) The participant/ person/ suppliers/ companies/ firms shall have to quote the rates on the amounts of schedule "B" (Bill of quantities) Committee to opening of tender comprising Executive District Office (Works & Services) Dadu and Divisional Accounts Officer Road Dadu. Tenders if could not be opened on the due date either will be opened on the next day or another convenient date in case the undersigned is out of Head Quarter.
Note: The Next Date of Issue up to 15-10-2009 for Un-responded works and opened on same day.
Terms and Condition of the Tender: Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the field of specialization of work and to the extent of tender amount of each work.
List of work in progress, indicating cost of each work and copy of letter of award of work.
Copy of Bank certificate showing credit worthiness along with bank statement.
Copy of NTN Certificate.
No Tender shall be entertained without earnest money.
Conditional Tender shall not be entertained.
The procuring agency may rejects all or any bids subject to the relevant provision of (PPRA) Rules.
