Declaratie privind eligibilitatea, Declaratie privind neîncadrarea în prevederile art.181 din Ordonanta.Se solicita confirmarea privind plata taxelor si impozitelor la bugetul general consolidat.
Persoanele juridice romane- Dovada achitarii taxelor se face prin prezentarea formularelor tip, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor.
Persoanele juridice straine -Se vor accepta ca fiind suficient si relevant pentru demonstrarea faptului ca ofertantul nu se incadreaza in una din situatiile prevazute la art.180 si 181 din Ordonanta, orice document considerat edificator, din acest punct de vedere, in tara de origine sau in tara in care ofertantul este stabilit.

Se solicita Lista principalelor livrari de produse in ultimii 3 ani în care sa existe cel putin un contract cu acelasi tip de produse. Livrarile de produse se confirma prin prezentarea unor Recomandari emise sau contrasemnate de o autoritate ori de catre clientul beneficiar.
In cazul in care beneficiarul este un client privat si, din motive obiective, operatorul economic nu are posibilitatea obtinerii unei certificari/confirmari din partea acestuia, demonstrarea livrarilor de produse se realizeaza printr-o declaratie pe propria raspundere a operatorului economic.
