The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order(s) for Musical Instruments on brand name or equal under authority of FAR 11.107(a). All offered items must meet or be equal to the specifications shown at Attachment 1. This acquisition is sought as open market under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code (NAICS) 451140. This requirement is solicited for new equipment only. The Government will not accept used or refurbished equipment. All offerors must complete Attachment 1 TAB A and return the form with their quote so the Government can determine technical acceptability. In addition, if equal item(s) are offered, include model number and catalog item description information. Failure to submit this information may render the offer unacceptable. If shipping costs and set-up fees are not included in the unit price, you must provide for shipping and set up prices separately for each line item. If multiple awards are made, awards for items with competitive pricing will be for a minimum of $25,000.00.
