THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLYTO CONTRACTORS UNDER SUPERFUND TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT AND RESPONSE TEAM III (START3), CONTRACT EP-S5-08-01. RECOVERY: The Task Order - RECOVERY - Targeted Brownsfileds Assessment: Tulare Downtown Redevelopment Project, Tulare, CA was cancelled, and funds in the amount of $3,243.19 were retained on the task order to cover costs that the contractor has incurred up to the point of cancellation. Later it was determined that the contractor only incurred costs up to $3,119.43. The remaining funds in the amount of $123.76 have been de-obligated. The de-obligated funds will be re-used on another Targeted Brownsfield site.
