This solicitation will be a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation pursuant to the authority of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, Section 4204 for commercial items. This solicitation will be advertised in NECO on an "Unrestricted" basis. A Firm Fixed-price type contract is contemplated. The solicitation number is N68836-09-T-0379 and will be uploaded and posted with this synopsis. This requirement is for power poles, cross arms, and various electrical tools for NAVFAC, PWD, Key West, FL. The delivery date is 45 days after contract award. Interested offerors may submit a proposal in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ, no later than 9:00 am (EST) on 21 September 2009.
