THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124R-09-T-1087.

Sole Source: The United States Army Contracting Command, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), MICC Center Yuma, U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Intertest Inc, 303 Route 94, Columbia NJ 07832. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). This requirement is for the acquisition of the following items: IShot M4 Gun Tube Inspection System (P/N: EM14640), Qty 1-Each; High Resoultion Field Cannon Gun Tube Video Borescope Inspection System (P/N: EM15082), Qty 2-Each; and IShot M4 Gun Tube Inspection System (P/N: EM14640), Qty 1-Each. These items will be utilized for mission requirements under the Metrology & Simulation Division at the USAYPG, Yuma, Arizona. Intertest Inc. holds proprietary rights on the existing system being utilized at the USAYPG, Yuma, Arizona. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items per FAR 13.5. The North American Classification System (NAICS) codes 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting a proposal via email or facsimile with complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number, business size and shall be clearly marked with solicitation number W9124R-09-T-1087.
