The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) White Sands Missile Range Directorate of Contracting plans to procure on a sole source basis FireHouse Software from ACS Firehouse Software; 2900 100th St., Suite 309; Urbandale, Iowa 50322 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as services can only be provided from the original source due toa follow-on requirement for the continuation of highly specialized services. Please view the corresponding Justification & Approval Document. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming. Any interested parties must respond by 1500 MDT on Friday, 18 September 2009.
