This posting consitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on an 8(a) sole source basis a modification of an existing purchase order to New Wave People, Inc., 225 Gordons Corner Road, Suite 21, Manalapan, NJ 07726, for an extension of the period of performance for video editing services currently being performed. The total award amount is $54,700. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 561110 and the size standard is $7M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement uppon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
