The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for
Athletic uniforms and equipment in support of the Physical Education Programs located at Fort Bragg North Carolina.

This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31, effective 20 Apr 2009 and 2005-32, effective 31 Mar 2009; Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DCN 2009115.

The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
