This posting constitutes The United States Military Academy, West Point, NY notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Tomoye Corporation, 86 Prom Du Portage, Hull, QC J8X2K1 to provide continued development of proprietary custom software. The total award amount is estimated to be $490,000 for a one year period. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A)- deemed available only from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 and the size standard is $25 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation will be available. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Response to this notice must be received within four(4) calendar days of the date of this notice via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response of this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106(b). See numbered note 22 insert four days in lieu of 45.
