Bidding is opento all bidders from eligible countriesas defined in the Guidelines: Procurements under IBRD loans/IDA Credits (May 2004) # NationalCompetitive Bidding Procedures. The Project Coordination Unit of the Ministry of Finance acting as theimplementing agency for the Government of Grenada invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of three (3) lotsof Furniture. Lot 1: Furniture for Primary Schools Lot 2: Furniture for Secondary Schools Lot 3: TeachersDesks and Chairs Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Project CoordinationUnit at the address (i) below from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchasedby interested bidders at the address (i) below and upon payment of a non refundable fee ofEC$150.00. The method of payment will be adeposit to the Project Account #101000479 at the Grenada Cooperative Bank Ltd, ChurchStreet St. George's, Grenada. For bidders which to make a wire transfer the swift code is: GROA GD GD. The Bidding Documents will be available for pick up bythe bidders from September 18,2009, on presentation of a receipt confirming that the required deposit/transfer has been made to the ProjectAccount. Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days afterbid opening. Bids shouldbe delivered to the address given at (ii) below on or before 2:00 p.m. on October 23, 2009 at which time tenders will be opened in thepresence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. The Government of Grenada does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid. Also, the GOG will not reimburse any bidder for costs associated with bidpreparation andsubmissions.
