The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) invites accredited and/or eligible suppliers/contractors to bid for the items listed below:

Bid documents can be obtained from the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the Ground Floor, Administration Building, LRTA Compound, Aurora Blvd., Pasay City, from September 14,2009 to September 23, 2009 during regular office hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nine Hundred Pesos Only (P 900.00).

For the purpose of clarifying issues, a pre-bid conference will be held on September 24, 2009, Thursday, 10:00 A.M. at the LRTA Cafeteria, Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

The BAC Secretariat shall receive sealed bids not later than October 8, 2009, Thursday, 9:00 A.M. and shall then be publicly opened immediately thereafter at Line 2 Cafeteria, LRTA Line 2 Depot, Santolan, Pasig City.

LRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, without assuming any obligation whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of its bids, and will entertain only such bid/s established to be the most advantageous to the LRTA.
