II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Målselv
municipality (the Awarding Authority) held an open tender contest in
connection with the procurement of foodstuff to Målselv nursing and old
people home (MSAH) on Moen, the senile dementia ward at Andslimoen and
Øverbygd old people centre (ØES) at Holt.
The contract area includes foodstuff divided in the following groups:
— Fruits, vegetables, and potatoes,
— Fish and fish food,
— Meat and meat sandwich spread,
— Bread and bakery products, including dia,
— Groceries and dry goods, including dia.
The tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for one or several food
group(s). The Awarding Authority can chose to enter into agreement(s) with
one or several supplier(s) based on the financial most favourable tender.
The framework agreement is for two years starting 1.8.2009. Option for 1+1
year(s) prolongation. The total contract period including option is 4
years.
