THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE FOLLOWING OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY, GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA), BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPAs): 1) DTOS59-06-A-0005 RECOVERY ACT - "Transaction Level Testing For the A-123 Project". FHWA solicited to the BPA awardees under the GSA Financial and Business Solutions - Schedule Number 520-18 for independent risk analysis. The Federal Highway Administration issued Task Order Number DTFH61-09-F-00070 to provide support for the "Transaction Level Testing For the A-123 Project." The Federal Highway Administration awarded this task order to Bearing Point as a Labor Hour Task Order under a sole source, non-competitive process. The Transaction Level Testing For the A-123 Projecte was awarded under the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number GS-23F-0016J.
