The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort Bragg, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide lodging, conference space and meals for a SB Retreat beginning on 24 Sep 2009 to 27 Sep 2009, held in Orlando, SC. The Contractor will be responsible for providing 45 double occupancy lodging rooms for 3 nights, buffet meals ( 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinner) for 80 adults and 0 children, refreshments for 80 adults, 1 conference space for adults, audio visual equipment (proxima/screen/mics), for the duration of the retreat. The purpose of this contract will be to provide cost effective service for the period of performance of 24 Sep 2009 to 27 Sep 2009. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract beginning 24 Sep 2009 to 27 Sep 2009. This requirement is determined to be classified under NAICS code is 721110 and size standard is 7.0M.

Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents. Offerors received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offerors meeting or exceeding the acceptable standards. All responsible sources may submit a quote via email, which shall be considered by this agency. Offers are due on or about 20 Sep 2009 and award is anticipated on or about the 22 Sep 09.
