Note: Civil Works of Demonstrational Reconstruction and Mitigation Projects in Mansehra City.
(1) Construction of Two Model Rooms Dispensary at TMA Office Mansehra City, (2) Improvement/ Widening of Existing Bridge at Km No. 1 Bus Stand to Pano Dheri Road Mansehra, (3) Repair/ Retrofitting of Damaged Culvert near old Circuit House, Mohallah Jabri, Mansehra.

You are requested to submit a proposal for the following projects to UNDP Islamabad, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (ToRs):
Your offer, comprising of a technical and a financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address mentioned /under Section-8 of the RFP no later than 22nd September 2009:

We would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal. All/ any query regarding the submission of the Proposal may be sent prior to the deadline at the e-mail/ address mentioned above.
UNDP will organize a bidder conference on 17th September at House No 124 Street No 11 Sector E-7 Islamabad at 11am sharp. All interested parties are invited to attend. This conference will provide an opportunity to all interested bidders to get more insight of the project.
We look forward to receiving your proposal from eligible/ duly registered/ qualified firms/ organizations as detailed under the qualifications, experience and requirements section of the ToRs, along with the bids as required in Annexes - I, II, III, IV, V, VII, & VII.
