estate management services, which include but are not limited to:
— Advice in relation to property, including interpretation of leases and
property deeds,
— Checking rent demands, ensuring that it matches agreed rates,
— Advising on landlords' non compliance with lease covenants,
— Service charge assessment,
— Recovery of possession,
— Action to remove trespassers, squatters including liaison with client's
legal advisors,
— Negotiation of terms for acquisition of property either by lease or
purchase.
