Sealed tenders are Invited / re-invited from all Interested Bidders on B-l Form as per (Public Procurement Rules) for the following works:
The Intending participants can purchase the tenders on payment o1 tender tee for each work as shown above upto 05/10/2009.
The lenders will be opened on 06/10/2009 by the Tender Opening / Evaluation Committee (comprising of Executive District Officer. Works & Services Department, Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo (Chairman), District Officer Roads and Transport Ghotki and Divisional Accounts Officer (Member) in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to be present
If any work remains unreasoned. the same will be re-issued and opened on below mentioned dates.
(I) Date of Issue 12/10/2009 and opened on 13/10/2009. (II) Date of issue 19/10/2009 and opened on 20/10/2009.
Eligibility conditions for intending participants are as under: I) Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field of specialization of work and lo the extent of tender amount or each work. II) Bio data of engineering and technical staff working with the Firms. III) Documentary evidence of executed / works in progress and certificate of satisfactory completion of works by the employers. Iv) List of works in progress, equipment available with documentary evidence of its ownership, certificate of Sank showing credit worthiness along with bank statement.
Registration with Income Tax Department (NTN) Certificate and copy of N.I.C.
Undertaking on Stamp Paper that firms are not involved in any litigation or have abandoned any work in the department.
The bidders should submit earnest money as shown against each work in shape of call deposit in favour of the undersigned, for the amount shown against each work along with application.
Affidavit to the effect that the firms / contractors have not been blacklisted previously by any executing agency.
Affidavit to the effect that all documents / particulars / information furnished are true & correct.
In case of firm, list of partners / partnership deed, giving full particulars of directors / proprietors or others connected along with Power ol Attorney.
The undersigned and other Competent Authority reserve the right to reject any or all the bids as per relevant provisions of PPRA Rules.
The condition shown at serial No. 3 will not be applicable in case of works costing below Rs 2.500 (M).
