The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract for Type to Learn 4 Network Software Licenses for DoDEA Schools and area offices. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-09-T-0029 and is issued a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-36 and DCN 20090825. The DoDEA is a federal agency, education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. DoDEA supports military dependent schools both stateside and overseas. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. Interested businesses may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement by submitting a quote. Offerors shall submit their quotes, in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation, by 11:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Tuesday, September 22, 2009. Only quotes received within the response timeframe will be considered by the government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date.
