This solicitation number W9127Q-09-T-0046 is issued as a Request for quote for Paint and Thinners required for 900 Series 5-Ton Truck Production. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 325510, Small Business Standard is 500.
