On or about 14 Sep 2009 the Army Contracting Agency, Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for an office move for the SJA and the EEO office furniture, computers, files, etc from their current locations to their new office and building location. The government is contemplating a firm fixed price purchase order for this initiative. The applicable NAICS code is 484210, and the Standard Industry code is 48-49. The estimated closing date is 18 Sep at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time. The solicitation notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at: http:www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc and the ASFI web site. After the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site reqularly for updates and amendments. All amendments must be recognized in writing to the POC listed herein. All prospective vendors must have a CAGE code and be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be used for payment to vendor. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract.
