Declaratii prin care ofertantul va demonstra realizarea unei cifre medii anuale de afaceri globala, pe ultimii trei ani egala sau mai mare decât: 995.000,00 RON

Lista principalelor livrari în ultimii 3 ani. Se vor prezenta minim 3 recomandari din partea beneficiarului/clientului, semnate si stampilate.
Ofertantul va dovedi ca a îndeplinit si realizat, în ultimii 3 ani, cel putin un contract (sau maxim trei contracte cumulate) care a avut ca obiect vânzarea unor pachete software similare cu cele supuse prezentei achizitii si care a avut valoarea mai mare sau egala decât: 199.000,00 RON
O declaratie privind personalul alocat derularii contractului, activitatile si sarcinile concrete care vor fi încredintate personalului implicat, precum si C.V.-ul fiecarei persoane implicate în îndeplinirea contractului (cu un responsabil de contract).
Ofertantul trebuie sa aiba cel putin statutul de Microsoft Certified Partner cu competente pentru produsele ofertate.
Standarde de asigurarea calitatii. Documente emise de organisme acreditate, care confirma certificarea sistemului calitatii ISO 9001 la ofertant sau echivalent.
