Declaratie privind calitatea de participant la procedura.Certificat de atestare fiscala pentru bugetul de stat si contributiile sociale, eliberat de catre unitatile teritoriale ale MFP.
Certificat impozite si taxe locale emis la o data ulterioara ultimei scadente de plata, în termen de valabilitate, în original/copie legalizata;Certificatul de atestare fiscala si certificatul de plata impozite si taxe locale se vor prezenta în termen de valabilitate, in original/copie legalizata;
