The scope of this acquisition is to provide Marine Mammal Veterinary Care,Research Support, and Animal Management to the animals that are part of theU.S. Navy Marine Mammal Program located at the Naval Submarine Bases PointLoma, San Diego California and Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia.The contractor shall provide services in three areas: 1) veterinary medicine;2)research, analysis and educational outreach; and 3) animal management,care, and training. The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel,supervision, training and continuous education curriculums, and administrativesupport required to perform the scope of work.
