Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) between 09:00 hours and 15:30 hours
inclusive. The Catering supplier will be responsible for, amongst other
things; providing suitable staff, purchasing of consumables, menus,
management of the services, health and safety and compliance with
Environmental Health requirements.
