THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 51-SO-BC-9-00166 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-36, dated 11 Aug 09. This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 336112 Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The Government anticipates award of one, firm-fixed price purchase order as a result of this RFQ. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor meeting the requirements outlined below. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The contractor shall provide the following items: Line Item 0001 -- Two (2) Vantage International (or equal) off-road, low speed, gas powered cargo vans, with air conditioning. The following options should be installed and included in the price: a. Strobe Light b. Ladder Rack c. Hitch, with all required hardware installed to the bumper Line Item 0002 -- F.O. B.
