This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. The NAICS code that applies is 722310 and business size is $20,500,000.00.

This requirement is for dining hall attendant services at the 186th Air Refuleing Wing, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307-7112. Services are required in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement for an approximate eight hours per day, two days per month, 12 months per year for a total of 24 days.

The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide supplemental food service personnel at Key Field Air National Guard Base, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307-7112. This shall cover the period set forth in the contract, Unit Training Assembly weekends October 2009 through September 2010.

This is a best value acquisition. Evaluation factors will be Price and Past Performance. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government.

Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered in Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov). Acceptance shall be at Destination. Performance shall be at the 186th Air Refueling Wing, 6225 M Street, Meridian, MS 39307-7112.
