Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic,Charleston, SC intends to award a sole source contract to Network andSimulation Technologies, Inc, 291 Island Dr, Middletown, RI 02842-4601, forsystems engineering and technical support at the Naval War College inNewport, Rhode Island. The contractor shall provide services in support ofeducational war games, exercises, and research/analysis for the Naval WarCollege Maritime Staff Operators Course (MSOC), War Gaming Department,and other Joint Force Maritime Component Commander activities. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contractisanticipated. The period of performance is expected to be one base year andfour option years.
