The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and replacement of the pews. The Contractor shall refurbish pews. This includes but is not limited to repairing broken legs, seats, and kneelers. The Contractor shall reupholster kneelers with like or kind of material currently on the kneelers. The Contractor shall refinish/restain the pews back to the current color ahd finish.
