The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source based on compatibility requirements to the existing equipment and system that can only be obtained from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Space Electronics, LLC, 81 Fuller Way, Berlin, CT 06037, for CLIN 0001, XKR05F-HS Moments of Intertie Measurement Instrument, Qty 1 EA, CLIN 0002, Period Timer with PC Interface and Software, Qty 1 EA, CLIN 0003 SE300-HS CG Instrument, QTY 1 EA, CLIN 0004, Installation and Training, Qty 1 LOT, CLIN 0005 Annual maintenance agreement, QTY 1 LOT.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Responses to this notice are due on or before 09 September 2009 at 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) by email at DANIEL.BALIZAN@ARL.ARMY.MIL
