Acest sistem va permite cetatenilor din judet sa iaba acces la serviciile administratiei locale si la servicii de interes public folosind mijloacele moderne, rapide si eficiente.

-Lista principalelor produse furnizate si proiecte IT implementate si finalizate in ultimii 3 ani
-Au fost finalizate cu success în ultimii 3 ani , a cel mult 3 contracte a caror valoare însumate sa fie egala sau mai mare decât o valoare minima impusa de minimum 3.000.000 RON si minimum 60 de utilizatori în domeniile domeniul furnizarii de tehnologie IT
-Lista principalelor echipamente din dotare
- Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) sa dispuna de o echipa minima care sa aiba obligatoriu în componenta personal (tehnic de specialitate) care sa lucreze in domeniul IT&C, de care poate dispune pe toata perioada de derulare a contractului conform caietului de sarcini si anume:Project Manager, Expert Inginer de sistem,
Expert Baze de date, Expert Comunicatii,
Expert Programator, Expert Securitate,
Trainer,• Expert consultant procese specifice administratie publice locale/centrale
Conditiile ( de studii, experienta în domeniu, perfectionari, vechime, etc) de care trebuie sa dispuna fiecare expert nominalizat sunt specificate în fisa de date si în caietul de sarcini.
