Department for International Development wishes to invite Expressions of
Interest (EOIs) for a programme intended to help build the capacity of the
Nigerian Federal Government's Debt Management Office (DMO). DFID is
looking to appoint a Service Provider (SP) to manage Phase III of support
to the DMO. Key areas of focus will include DMO's role in developing the
domestic debt market as well as their role in delivering capacity building
assistance to state-level Debt Management Departments (DMD's).
Skills/experience required of the SP will include debt management in
federal systems, public financial management, public service delivery and
institutional strengthening. Financial management consultancy services.
