award a contract for regular cleaning services for its buildings at the
Castlebar Campus including offices, classrooms, laboratories and ladies
and gents toilets.
Introduction.
The campus is located on 20 hectares of land less than 10 minutes walk
from Castlebar town centre. The Institute’s holding consists of
approximately 10 500 square metres of space. Additional cleaning
requirements will be reviewed between the Institute and successful
contractor regularly.
The campus has grown from an initial student enrolment of approximately
100 students in 1994 to approximately 750 full time students, in 2009.
There is approximately 100 staff working at the Campus.
