Declaratie pe proprie raspundere pentru detinerea:
-certificate constatatoare privind indeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale si certificate de atestare fiscala care sa ateste ca firma ofertanta nu se inregistreaza cu datorii, valabile la data depunerii ofertelor.
(In cazul unei asocieri, fiecare asociat este obligat sa prezinte acest formular)
Operatorul economic declarat castigator are obligatia de a prezenta in termen de 3 (trei) zile lucratoare certificatul in original sau copie legalizata.
Declaratie pe proprie raspundere pentru detinerea:
-certificat constatator emis de Oficiul Registrului Comertului de pe langa Camera de Comert si Industrie nationala sau teritoriala
-certificatul de inmatriculare a societatii la Oficiul Registrului Comertului.
- Autorizatia de functionare pentru persoane fizice, precum si orice alt document edificator considerat necesar pentru dovedirea apartenentei la categoria profesionala impusa pentru indeplinirea contractului.
(In cazul unei asocieri, fiecare asociat este obligat sa prezinte acest formular).
