The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWARSYSCEN Pacific)intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) No. N66001-09-Q-1037 for Micro- Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) foundry services for the fabrication of custom designed silicon-based wafers based on government-furnished designs. SPAWARSYCEN Pacific anticipates a commercial firm fixed price purchase order for two (2) lots of six (6) each completed bonded wafers plus 3 options for one lot each option. This procurement is conducted under full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334413 Semiconductor and Related Device Manufacturing and the small business size standard is companies with 500 employees or less. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the Government. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil under SPAWARSYSCEN Pacific Small Purchases. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 01SEP2009. Firms are encouraged to review the website regularly for updated information.
