An award for a superseding lease (5 year lease with one 5 year renewal option) was made for approximately 9,948 rentable square feet of office space to yield to approximately 8,975 ANSI/BOMA (usable) square feet of office space consisting of 16 rooms located on the first floor of the building located at 818 Ferdinand Plaza, Scottsbluff, Nebraska 69361-4401. The term of the lease will begin on April 1, 2009, and continue through March 31, 2014. The Government may terminate the lease, in whole or in part, at any time on or after April 1, 2009, by giving at least 120 days notice in writing to the lessor.
