The Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the United States House of Representatives (House) desires to contract for audit services to evaluate the controls and procedures over monitoring House contractors' performance to determine if contract work is performed in accordance with contract terms and if the Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR) effectively monitor contracts, modifications and deliverables. Request for Proposal (RFP) OPR09000784 and any amendments, if any, are available electronically through the following website http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.shtml. Vendor questions are due not later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, September 7, 2009. Vendor questions must be provided via e-mail to toinetta.bridgeforth@mail.house.gov. Questions and answers will be published in an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals, including supporting documentation, must be received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, September 18, 2009.
