with an overall monitoring programme for the water area Morsa
(Vansjø-Hobøl waterways with coast areas) the Awarding Authority wishes to
enter into an agreement with a professional skilled joint venture partner
with high competence and solid capacity for monitoring lakes, rivers,
agricultural streams as well as marine surface water. The works shall be
divided as follows:
1. Monitoring Vansjø,
2. Monitoring remaining lakes in the rainfall area,
3. Monitoring rivers which are drained to Vansjø – Storefjorden,
4. Monitoring streams to western Vansjø and Moss river,
5. Monitoring Mossesundet,
6. Reporting responsibility.

SECTION VI: COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
VI.2) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The contract has been awarded to a
consortium comprising Bioforsk Jord og Miljø and NIVA. Bioforsk is
responsible for the project, and is also responsible for parts 3, 4 and 6.
NIVA is responsible for parts 1, 2 and 5.
The contract, with a value of NOK 2 050 000 has been signed for 2009 with
possible options for an extension of 1+1+1 years. Total value, including
options is for a maximum of NOK 8 200 000.
