of interests in the existing land and property, should negotiation fail a
CPO route is to be undertaken.
463 - POWBECK - The Council wishes to develop a large potential site for
housing, commercial and recreation facilities and again there are a
limited number of interests in the existing land and property, should
negotiation fail a CPO route is to be undertaken. Professional services
are required to undertake the CPO process. The 2 projects may move forward
within differing time scales.
