wishes to establish an agreement with a suitable firm or firms, from whom
the provision for an Approved 'Bikeability' Training Scheme may be
commissioned. The agreement will be in place for an initial period of
approximately 2 years commencing July 2009 until 31.3.2011, with the
opportunity for a further 1-year extension if required. Business totalling
some 100 000 GBP for the duration of the initial contract may be placed
under the agreement, which will be established by means of a competitive
tender exercise.
