Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in Philippine Peso: Php696,000.00

Region X (Grades IV-VI)
Date Needed: September 26-30, 2009
Location/Within the Area of Misamis Oriental

Estimated No. of pax: 116 pax

Bids received that exceed the ABC for each Item shall be rejected. A bidder may submit bids before August 27, 2009 during office hours to the BAC I Chairperson through the BAC I Secretariat at the address indicated in the next paragraph.

The Bidding Documents shall be available at the BAC I Secretariat, Procurement Service, Room 508, 5th Floor, Mabini Bldg., DepED Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, starting on August 19, 2009 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php500.00 in cash to the DepED Cashier.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures under R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations-A. DepED-BAC I reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to annul the bidding process, or declare failure of bidding at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected parties.
